DAS VANTEC-118A-W Description

The DAS VANTEC-118A-W is a front-loaded bass-reflex subwoofer delivering up to 134dB SPL with clean, powerful low-frequency response. Built for compatibility with the VANTEC-20A-W curved source arrays, it includes an integrated rigging system for flown or stacked configurations in live or installed environments. Its high-efficiency 18FW transducer is powered by a Class D amplifier with 2000W peak output and controlled via a 24-bit DSP for accurate response and reliable thermal management. The “Deep-Loud” EQ selector gives users the option to switch between a smoother, deeper sub-bass profile or a louder, more aggressive output depending on application needs. Rear panel controls include gain, polarity, and a continuously variable low-pass filter (80Hz–125Hz), allowing precise integration with tops or arrays. Finished in durable white ISO-flex paint, the cabinet is constructed from birch plywood and includes M10 rigging points, PowerCON I/O, and stereo XLR connectivity.
