Shure MX418/C Description

The Shure MX418/C is part of the trusted MicroFlex® series, known for delivering consistent and intelligible speech in installed sound applications. With a 50 Hz to 17 kHz frequency response and a maximum SPL of 122.7 dB, the MX418/C handles everything from quiet presentations to more dynamic speaking environments without distortion. The solid-state condenser design provides a wide 96.2 dB dynamic range for natural and detailed vocal reproduction.

The balanced, transformerless XLR output ensures clean signal transmission even over long cable runs, reducing susceptibility to electromagnetic and RF interference. A built-in shock mount provides over 20 dB of isolation from surface vibration noise, helping maintain clarity when mounted to lecterns or conference tables.
