At SquareCable.com, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, our return policy offers flexibility while maintaining fairness to all customers.

General Return Policy

  • 90-Day Return Window: Customers may return items within 90 days of the purchase date.
    • Cash Refund: Available for returns within the first 30 days.
    • Store Credit: Offered for returns made between 31 and 90 days.

Shipping Costs

  • For orders with free or discounted shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees apply depending on the condition of the returned item:

  1. Unopened Items (Resellable as "New"):

    • Store Credit: No restocking fee.
    • Cash Refund: 5% restocking fee.

  2. Opened Items (Resellable as "Open Box"):

    • Store Credit: 10% restocking fee.
    • Cash Refund: 15% restocking fee.

  3. Used Items (Resellable as "Used"):

    • Store Credit: 20% restocking fee.
    • Cash Refund: 25% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded. Buyer will not be responsible for shipping costs or restocking fees.
  • Customers must report issues within:
    • 5 Days: For physical damage.
    • 30 Days: For defective items.
