FBT VHA 118.2 SA Description

The FBT VHA 118.2 SA is designed to deliver deep and controlled low-end performance in demanding professional audio environments. At the heart of the system is a high-excursion 18-inch woofer equipped with a 4-inch voice coil, providing accurate and powerful bass reproduction for live sound reinforcement.

A built-in 2500W RMS Class-D amplifier powers the subwoofer while advanced DSP processing provides system optimization and protection. Six selectable presets allow users to quickly configure the subwoofer for different system setups, including cardioid configurations that help control low-frequency dispersion and reduce stage bleed.

The cabinet is constructed from rugged 18mm Baltic birch plywood and finished with a durable scratch-resistant coating designed to withstand the demands of touring and rental environments. A powder-coated steel grille with internal acoustic fabric protects the transducer while maintaining acoustic transparency.

The rear control panel offers simple system integration with gain adjustment, preset selection, and XLR input and output connectors for clean signal routing.
