The PreSonus AIR XD 12 is designed for users who need a powerful, flexible full-range loudspeaker that can handle a wide range of live sound duties. Its 12-inch low-frequency driver uses an enlarged 2.56-inch voice coil for efficient power handling and strong low-end response, while the 1.35-inch high-frequency compression driver with a PEEK diaphragm helps deliver detailed highs with excellent durability under demanding use.
With 1,500 watts of Class D bi-amplification and a peak output of 132 dB SPL, the AIR XD 12 offers the headroom and clarity needed for DJs, bands, event production, corporate AV, houses of worship, and permanent installations. Onboard DSP provides speaker modes and tonal adjustment controls, making it easier to tailor the system for speech, music playback, front-of-house, or floor monitor use.
